Items that are used or installed
Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation
Change-of-mind returns (as we are a wholesale supplier)

We will assess and confirm your return request within 2 business days
If approved, you will receive return instructions
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error
Exchanges are offered only for defective or incorrect items
We do not offer size or product swaps unless the item shipped was incorrect
